The General Introduction of Oligo Libraries
Synbio Technologies uses high-throughput semiconductor chip synthesis technology to provide customers with the design and synthesis of various library oligos. This includes oligo pools, trimer oligos, and sgRNA library oligos. Each chip can synthesize up to nearly one million oligos, reducing the research, production time, and especially cost. These oligos are widely used in NGS capture probe libraries, mutant libraries, CRISPR sgRNA libraries, etc.

Service Details

Synbio Technologies’ high throughput synthesis platform utilizes inkjet technology to synthesize millions of oligonucleotide sequences on a chip in a single parallel run (up to 300 nt.) During the synthesis process, there is zero cross-contamination and the synthesized sequences are highly accurate and homogeneous. The customized synthesis service will perfectly match customers' downstream experiments and applications.

Applications

With synthesized oligo pools, our customers can then streamline various downstream applications within their research. These downstream applications include:

● Generating native DNA sequences

● Creating de novo DNA sequences

● Building genes, chassis, operons, pathways, and genomes

● Building DNA variant libraries

● Improving the features of a protein

● Testing all orthologs of a gene

● Optimizing any antibody through affinity maturation
