The General Introduction of Hybridoma Antibody Sequencing

Monoclonal antibody sequencing includes hybridoma cell line sequencing and clonal B cell sequencing. Each of these types of cells can produce a single antibody against a unique antigen after screening.

Synbio Technologies uses Sanger sequencing and NGS sequencing technologies to provide both accurate and efficient hybridoma/clonal B cell sequencing services across a variety of species. Through our rich experience in the field of antibody sequencing and utilizing a professional immunogenetics database, we are able to design and sequence antibodies from any species (mouse, rat, human, rabbit, hamster, camel, sheep, etc.) and various antibody subtypes (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgG4, IgM, IgE, IgA, etc.).

Service Details
Method Price TAT Deliverables
Sanger sequencing Starting from $800 As fast as 5 business days • Raw sequence data with guaranteed accuracy.
• Final sequence report features variable heavy and light chain sequences, or complete DNA and amino acid sequences, including annotated CDR regions.
• Plasmid contains antibody coding sequence (upon your request).
NGS Starting from $2,000 2 – 3 weeks • Frequency of the sequences identified by NGS.
• Final sequence report with variable heavy chain and light chain DNA and amino acid sequence with CDR regions annotated.

* For hybridoma cell lines or clonal B cells, customers will need to submit hybridoma cell samples (>1×106 cells) and indicate the species and subtype of the monoclonal antibody.
